Reframing Creativity through Discovery - Mike Busby
I was published in Washington Photographer - published by the Professional Photographers of Washington.
The call for material was an article about one's personal work. However, I wanted to speak to the broader topic of why personal work - through personal and creative exploration - is critical to professional development. There's already a ton of stuff on equipment reviews, how-to podcasts, and illustrating presets and recipes to duplicate trending styles. What's missing is helping people to find their voice through design elements and composition, learning how to speak to it, and navigating the waters of creative development - and that is exactly where I want to be.
I'd like to give a heartfelt thanks to Keith Currie and Deke Cloyd for getting me involved.
